 Introduction
The curriculum of Mechanical Engg. course covers fundamental subjects like Applied Thermodynamics, Kinematics of Machinery, Thermal Engg. , Machine Drawing and Manufacturing Processes in second year. In third year, focus is on imparting knowledge to the students in the core subjects like Heat and Mass transfer, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, Dynamics of Machinery, Internal Combustion Engine, Power Plant Engg., Mechatronics, etc. which will enable them to develop technical skills in the emerging areas. Coverage during the final year pertains to advanced technical and management subjects such as CAD/CAM & Finite Element Analysis, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, Manufacturing Planning and Control, etc
